Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skillet

Golden seared chicken simmered in a rich garlic-parmesan cream sauce with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir, scraping any browned bits from the bottom.
  5. Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes until spinach wilts.
  7. Return chicken to skillet. Coat with sauce and simmer 2 minutes more.
  8. Serve warm with extra parmesan and basil if desired.
