We purchased a set of All-Clad pots and pans from Kitchen Essentials. We contacted them before ordering with a question about one of the pots and they contacted the All-Clad rep. Kitchen Essentials got right back to us with the answer and we ordered what we wanted. There was also a special request we had about when we needed delivery and they got the order to us right when we needed it to be there. Great company to deal with.
