It is a great quality pot that retains heat very well. The only down side of this product is that the handles and lid get hot and you need oven mitts to pick up the pot when cooking. This pot will definitely last you a lifetime, although it is more on the expensive side.

Very good quality stockpot and not very heavy. All Clad uses high quality steel and even their lids and handles are made in USA. Kitchen Essentials even threw a free All Clad cleaner no charge. Thank you for the good service.
