We can ship to any address in Canada.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Kitchen Essentials will email you a ship date after your order is placed. After your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Most orders ship out within 48 hours. Your order status and tracking numbers can always be viewed when you login to your account with KitchenEssentials.ca or by calling 1-888-510-5542.
*FREE SHIPPING in Canada applies to all orders over $75, before taxes. This promotion may be revoked at anytime and may not apply to certain remote locations. The free shipping is provided by Canada Post regular service. Orders may take up to 10 business days to be received.
*A $10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING PROMOTION applies to all orders under $75. The same conditions apply as above.
You may return any unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). A restocking fee will be charged on returned item which has been used.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund earlier. This time period takes into consideration the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log into your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All orders purchased between of Nov 6th & Dec 24th are eligible for are holiday return policy unused orders may be returned at the purchaser's expense until Jan 6th
