Important Update Regarding the Canada Post Strike
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, KitchenEssentials has temporarily suspended the use of Canada Post for deliveries. All orders will now be shipped via trusted couriers, including UPS, Purolator, and FedEx.
Please note:
- We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses during this time.
- Ensure your shipping address is a physical location to avoid delays.

KitchenEssentials shipping applies to Canada and the USA (excluding HI/AK)
*FREE SHIPPING applies to all orders over $99, before taxes. This promotion may be revoked at anytime and may not apply to certain remote locations. The free shipping is provided by Canada Post regular service or UPS. Orders may take up to 10 business days to be received.
*A $10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING PROMOTION applies to all orders under $99. The same conditions apply as above.
Returns Policy
- You may return any unopened/unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- Defective or damaged items will be replaced or store credit will be issued.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Shipping Fees are non-refundable
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund earlier. This time period takes into consideration the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log into your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
