Holiday gifts purchased between October 15, 2025 and December 31, 2025 may be returned or exchanged until January 15, 2026.

Shipping Policy

At KitchenEssentials.ca, we’re proud to offer fast, reliable shipping across Canada. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping on orders over $99 (before tax) within most Canadian provinces.
• Flat-rate shipping applies to smaller orders or remote regions.
• Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your postal code.

Carriers

We ship using trusted couriers, including Purolator, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
• Western Canada: 3–7 business days
• Atlantic Provinces: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–14 business days

Tracking Orders

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your KitchenEssentials.ca account.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only and do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Returns must be authorized before being shipped back.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened cookware, knives, or glassware
• Small appliances that have been operated or contain food residue
• Gift cards
• Final Sale or Clearance items

How to Start a Return

Customers can start a return in one of two ways:

• Log into your KitchenEssentials.ca account and select the item you wish to return from your order history.
• Or contact us directly at info@kitchenessentials.ca with your order number and item details.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.
• Exchanges can be arranged for items of equal or greater value (subject to availability).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or a defective item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and details so our team can assist promptly.

Gift Returns

Gift returns are eligible for store credit once verified against the original order.
