    What can I say, It's a All Clad. They are not rated No 1 by most independent reviews for nothing. Heats evenly (there was a 1°F difference in the entire pan's bottom when the temperature was at 150 degrees.). None of my other expensive pans can do that. Some even had hot and cool zones! Everything I... cooked in it so far came out perfect and nothing got stuck to the bottom, not even bacon and eggs! It is a breeze to clean. Worth every penny.
