Global G Series Vegetable Knife Fluted 18cm/7"

The Global G-81 Fluted Vegetable Knife 7" is designed specifically for efficient chopping, slicing and preparation of fruits and vegetables. Its broad blade and relatively flat cutting edge allow excellent contact with the cutting board for clean, controlled chopping.

Fluted grooves create small air pockets between the blade and ingredients to help reduce sticking when working with potatoes, cucumbers, onions and other vegetables. Crafted in Japan from CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, the G-81 delivers exceptional sharpness with Global's signature lightweight balance.
