Its extra-long, slender blade provides excellent reach, while the flexible construction allows the blade to follow the contours of the food for smooth, controlled slicing.
Made in Japan from CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, the G-10 combines excellent corrosion resistance with a keen cutting edge. Global's signature hollow stainless-steel handle is filled with sand for balanced handling, while the distinctive dimpled surface helps provide a secure and comfortable grip.
