The second-generation Z10 expands coffee preparation into four distinct experiences. Hot Brew delivers familiar coffee classics with rich aroma and full flavour. Light Brew provides selected specialties with a lighter flavour profile and pleasantly tempered drinking temperature.
JURA's Cold Extraction Process creates genuine Cold Brew using cold water and pulsating high-pressure extraction rather than simply cooling conventionally brewed coffee. The Sweet Foam Function flavours the milk foam during preparation using the supplied syrup attachment, creating subtly sweetened versions of popular milk-based specialties.
The Z10 expands its café-style capabilities with chocolate-flavoured milk foam. Using the included chocolate attachment, the machine can create Chocolate Foam and prepare the indulgent Mocaccino, giving coffee lovers another way to enjoy rich and creative specialty drinks at home.
Exceptional coffee starts with precise grinding. The P.R.G.2+ Product Recognizing Grinder automatically controls both grind consistency and coffee quantity according to the selected specialty. It adapts from a finer grind for short coffee classics to a coarser setting for longer beverages and Cold Brew specialties.
After each preparation, the grinder returns to its starting position, helping maintain consistent grinding performance while supporting long-term reliability. Aroma Selection provides additional control when you want to fine-tune the character of your coffee.
The Z10 introduces even greater control over individual coffee preferences with JURA's Caffeine Regulator. Caffeine intensity can be adjusted across three levels, giving you another way to personalize your coffee beyond traditional strength and volume settings.
The bright 4.3-inch colour touchscreen provides intuitive access to the Z10's extensive menu. Tap and swipe through the four colour-coded coffee worlds, personalize individual drinks and arrange favourites according to your preferences.
Up to four individual user profiles can be created, allowing different members of the household to enjoy a personalized coffee menu. Easy Mode also provides fast access to frequently adjusted drink settings.
With JURA's Coffee Timer, your favourite specialty can be scheduled using the JURA Operating Experience (J.O.E.®) app. A preparation time can be programmed up to 16 hours in advance, allowing a freshly prepared coffee to fit seamlessly into your morning routine.
The Z10 includes Wi-Fi Connect for connection to a compatible home network and J.O.E.®, providing convenient access to machine operation, personalization and selected smart functions from a compatible mobile device.
Maintaining the Z10 is designed to be just as intuitive as preparing coffee. The Milk Assistant helps manage milk-system care, while the Quality Assistant supports ongoing machine maintenance. Automatic One-Touch milk-system cleaning, automatic filter detection and integrated rinsing, cleaning and descaling programs help keep everyday maintenance straightforward.
