STAUB Grill Pans 28 cm / 11 inch Cast Iron Square Grill Pan, Cherry

Burgers, steaks, or chicken legs – this grill can transform all cuts of meat into delicious, crunchy dishes. Even stuffed peppers or aubergines develop a unique flavor when grilled, while retaining their crispy consistency. The square griddle pan from the Staub series is a perfect alternative or addition to a classic barbecue grill. Food looks like it has been cooked on a barbecue grill, thanks to the grooved structure on the inside.

The cast iron frying pan conducts the high temperatures experienced during searing onto the food, ensuring that it does not stick due to the material properties and construction of the griddle pan. The square griddle pan with two handles measures 28 cm (11 in) and has an attractive finish. The two handles allow you to move it effortlessly from oven to table, creating an attractive cherry red centerpiece on your dining table.

The cast iron pan can be used on all kinds of heat sources. It has matte black enameling on the inside and a rich cherry red color on the outside. Use the excess fat that has collected in the fine ridges to prepare a sauce to serve with your meat. This square griddle pan represents a useful item of cookware, offering a wealth of options when preparing grilled and seared meat, fish, and vegetable dishes.
