STAUB La Cocotte 2.8 L Cast Iron Diamond Cocotte, White Truffle

The Diamond Cocotte is truly exceptional: shaped like a diamond, with a sparkly knob that repeats the design, it is a real eyecatcher on the dining table. The white truffle colour is a perfect match – after all, French gourmet Brillat-Savarin once called truffles the “diamond of the kitchen”.

Like all STAUB cast iron Cocottes, it is made from high-quality material and enamelled to provide the best cooking results. Heat is distributed evenly and stored for a long time, while the tight-fitting lid ensures the moisture stays inside and makes the food juicy and tender. The versatile cookware can be used on any type of hob and in the oven, making it the perfect vessel for a wide range of recipes. With a diameter of 22 cm (9 in) and high sides, it holds enough for a main course for 4 people or a side dish for a larger group of family and friends.

This special Cocotte is the ideal present for a food enthusiast who “has everything.” The unique design will make it a true highlight in their kitchen. It is also a great gift for a diamond wedding or a special anniversary.
