This modern whisky set includes a decanter, ice bucket and two tumblers, set on a walnut tray. Expert craftsmanship is required to case the brown glass within a layer of clear, create the exceptionally weighty bases and grind the decanter's stopper by hand.
The decanter, ice bucket and tumbler are mouth blown into metal moulds by master artisans. The cased colour is achieved by gathering layers of brown & clear glass, shaping the gather and blowing into a mould. The stopper is ground to fit each individual decanter.
The tray is shaped from American walnut with recessed handles and treated with food safe oils to bring out the grain and depth of colour of the wood. An inlay of natural dark cork veneer is applied. The wood is sourced from sustainably-managed forests.
