The WÜSTHOF Performer 7" Hollow Edge Rotoku Knife combines the precision of an Asian-style knife with the smooth rocking motion of a European chef's knife. Developed by WÜSTHOF as an evolution of the classic Santoku, its curved cutting edge makes it exceptionally versatile for slicing, chopping, mincing and preparing everything from vegetables and herbs to meat and fish. The broad blade is also convenient for lifting and transferring prepared ingredients from the cutting board.

Engineered for demanding performance, the forged blade features WÜSTHOF's deep-black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) performance finish, designed to reduce friction while providing outstanding resistance to wear and scratching. Hollow-edge indentations create small air pockets while cutting to help reduce food sticking to the blade.
