New JURA Coffee Machines for 2026: E8 Gen 5, Z10 Gen 2 & J10 Twin

JURA’s newest generation of automatic coffee machines brings some of the brand’s biggest changes in years.

Three machines stand out in the current lineup: the JURA E8 Gen 5, the JURA Z10 Gen 2, and the JURA J10 Twin.

While all three share JURA’s focus on freshly ground coffee, one-touch preparation and premium engineering, each takes a very different approach.

JURA E8 Gen 5: The Everyday Favourite Evolves

27 specialties with Hot Brew, Light Brew and Sweet Foam

The E8 has long been one of the most recognizable machines in the JURA lineup. The new fifth-generation E8 takes a significant step forward with more beverages and three distinct styles of coffee preparation.

The new E8 prepares 27 coffee specialties and is offered in two contemporary finishes: Piano Black and Midnight Silver.

Three Worlds of Coffee

The E8 Gen 5 introduces three different ways to enjoy coffee: Hot Brew, Light Brew and Sweet Foam.

Hot Brew provides the traditional JURA experience for espresso, coffee and milk-based favourites. Light Brew creates a lighter flavour profile, while Sweet Foam allows flavoured milk foam to become part of the drink itself.

What Is Light Brew?

Light Brew offers a gentler alternative to a traditional hot coffee. Selected beverages are prepared with a lighter profile and at a pleasant drinking temperature.

It is particularly appealing for anyone who enjoys a less intense afternoon coffee or simply wants another option beyond a traditional espresso or full-strength coffee.

Sweet Foam Comes to the E8

JURA’s Sweet Foam Function flavours the milk foam during preparation. Instead of simply adding syrup to a finished coffee, the flavour becomes part of the foam itself.

This opens the door to sweet cappuccinos, flat whites, cortados and other specialty drinks at the touch of a button.

P.A.G.2 Precision Grinder

At the heart of the E8 is JURA’s P.A.G.2 precision grinder. It is engineered to deliver consistent grinding across the E8’s range of specialties while returning to its resting position between preparations.

If the E8 is designed around everyday versatility, the second-generation JURA Z10 takes coffee variety considerably further.

The latest Z10 offers an impressive 51 specialties across four styles of preparation: Hot, Light, Cold and Sweet.

Genuine Cold Brew

Cold Brew remains one of the Z10’s defining technologies. JURA’s Cold Extraction Process prepares coffee using cold water passing through freshly ground beans in pulsating cycles under pressure.

This is fundamentally different from preparing hot coffee and simply cooling it with ice.

Light Brew Joins the Z10

The second-generation Z10 adds Light Brew alongside Hot Brew, Cold Brew and Sweet Foam. One machine can therefore prepare a traditional morning espresso, a lighter afternoon coffee, a refreshing Cold Brew or a Sweet Foam creation.

P.R.G.2+ Product Recognising Grinder

JURA’s P.R.G.2+ Product Recognising Grinder automatically adjusts grinding according to the selected beverage.

Instead of requiring constant manual grinder adjustments, the Z10 adapts grind consistency and quantity for the specialty being prepared.

More Personalization

The latest Z10 adds features such as JURA’s Caffeine Regulator, personalized profiles and Coffee Timer functionality.

A chocolate attachment also expands the menu to creations including mocaccino and chocolate foam.

JURA J10 Twin: Two Coffees, One Machine

Two P.A.G.3+ grinders, two bean varieties and 46 specialties

The JURA J10 Twin takes a completely different approach to personalization.

It features two independent bean containers and two P.A.G.3+ precision grinders, allowing two different coffees to remain ready at the same time.

Two Coffees Ready at the Same Time

One person may prefer regular coffee while another drinks decaf. Or you may want a medium roast for everyday coffee and a darker roast for espresso and cappuccino.

With the J10 Twin, both coffees stay ready.

Possible combinations include regular and decaf, light roast and dark roast, espresso roast and everyday coffee, or simply two favourite blends.

The J10 Twin is far more than a dual-grinder machine. It prepares 46 specialties across JURA’s Hot, Light, Cold and Sweet coffee worlds.
