The JURA Z10 Aluminum White Automatic Coffee Machine (NAB) introduces a new generation of premium coffee preparation with 51 specialties across four distinct worlds of enjoyment: Hot Brew, Cold Brew, Light Brew and Sweet Foam. From an intense espresso or refreshing Cold Brew to a light, ready-to-enjoy coffee and an indulgent mocaccino, the Z10 delivers remarkable variety at the touch of its 4.3-inch colour touchscreen.
JURA’s advanced Product Recognising Grinder P.R.G.2+ automatically adjusts the grind consistency and quantity to suit the selected specialty. Combined with the Cold Extraction Process, Light Extraction Process, Sweet Foam Function and eighth-generation brewing unit with 3D brewing technology, the Z10 delivers precise extraction and beautifully defined flavour across its extensive menu.
Classic Hot Brew prepares traditional favourites with rich aroma and balanced flavour. The Cold Extraction Process uses cold water pulsed through freshly ground coffee under high pressure to create genuine Cold Brew specialties without relying on hot coffee or ice dilution.
Light Brew produces a milder beverage at a pleasant, ready-to-drink temperature, while the Sweet Foam Function adds subtly flavoured milk foam using the included syrup attachment. The included chocolate attachment expands the menu further with mocaccino and chocolate-foam options.

The Product Recognising Grinder P.R.G.2+ automatically selects the grind consistency and quantity required for each specialty—from a fine grind for short classics to a coarser grind for longer and Cold Brew beverages. After preparation, the grinder returns to its starting position to support consistent performance and long service life.
Inside the machine, JURA’s eighth-generation brewing unit uses 3D brewing technology to distribute water evenly through the ground coffee at multiple levels, helping extract a full and balanced aroma.
The responsive 4.3-inch colour touchscreen provides quick access to four colour-coded beverage worlds. Up to four personal profiles can organize preferred drinks, while Easy Mode provides direct access to commonly adjusted settings. The Caffeine Regulator offers three selectable caffeine levels for further personalization.
The Coffee Timer can be programmed through the JURA Operating Experience (J.O.E.®) app to prepare a selected beverage at the desired time. The Milk Assistant supports milk-system care and lactose-free preparation, while the Quality Assistant simplifies maintenance. Automatic One-Touch milk-system cleaning and integrated rinsing, cleaning and descaling programs help keep daily care straightforward.
