The product seems to work very well and is essentially replacing my over and air fryer. The only reason that I rate it 4 stars is that the door does not close properly. It is misaligned and there is a larger gap on the right side. There doesn't seem to be a way to adjust it. I wouldn't bother to return it for this reason. I called the warranty centre but they are closed due to the pandemic. I will try again later.

So happy with this purchase. After doing extensive online research we decided to buy this to 'replace' our wall oven that died ($500 just to replace the broken part) and our current toaster oven was tiny and ancient. It's so easy to use. Looks sleek. And MAN does it cook things perfectly. We've baked, roasted, made home made pizza and toasted and everything is cooked evenly and perfectly and in way less time than conventional oven. Performs way better than our wall oven ever did!
