Heavy duty pan that will last a lifetime
I would give this pan a full 5 stars if it could fit in my oven. It's really my fault for not checking the measurements, bit still... My hope is that this review will remind people to measure their ovens before ordering. The epoxy lacquer on the handle is also not oven-safe, which I suppose also warrants a demerit. It's a simple fix, though— torch the epoxy off (outside, with appropriate PPE and caution) and season the handle.
