The Global G-83 Fluted Oriental Cook's Knife 7" combines the broad profile of a traditional Japanese-style cook's knife with the versatility needed for everyday food preparation. Its deep blade provides excellent control for slicing, dicing and chopping vegetables, meat, poultry and fish.

Fluted grooves create small air pockets along the blade to help reduce food adhesion and promote smoother cutting. Made in Japan from CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, the G-83 features Global's razor-sharp edge and perfectly balanced stainless-steel construction.
