This flan dish is from high quality borosilicate glass SIMAX. It is available in two sizes: 1.7L and 2.1L. It is perfect for baking flans and pastries and suitable for fridge storage. It is resistant to temperatures between -40° C to +300° C. It is approved for food contact both in household and professional premises. It is easy to wash and microwave and dishwasher safe. It is controlled according the Health and Safety regulations of Czech Republic by an independent authority. It is made from  glass containing no Cadmium or Lead. Please let it cool down slowly and wash with non abrasive materials.
